Our next unit is going to be an independent reading unit. Thursday and Friday (depending on which day you're in class) we will be going to the library to choose a novel or two to read in class. I require that you log you're reading time and I also require that you log your reactions to the novel as you read. I hope that this independent reading unit will encourage you to read for fun/pleasure, not just for school.
